Retail Technology Centers

R-Tech is one of the Southeast United States’ leading source of advanced technology to retailers. R-Tech provides integrated Point of Sale systems, Inventory Control systems, Bar Code systems, Accounting systems, Card Processing systems, Wide and Local Area Networks, e-Commerce solutions, technology consulting, installation, training, and support. R-Tech is a privately held company and was founded in 1990. Since that time, R-Tech has grown into one of the Southeast United States’ leading independent retail technology companies.

Our major regional technology centers are in Atlanta, New Orleans, and Greensboro, NC. Our head office is located in Atlanta, GA. From this facility we provide central dispatch and help desk services as well as remote support via the Internet or phone for all of our clients. Our service support center offers toll-free calling, and technical help desk support. R-Tech consists of certified technicians and administrative staff across the Southeast. We currently provide on-site service to an excess of 400 customers with 1,600 Point of Sale systems, scanners, and retail automation systems every day.

I agree to pay for this assistance subject to the following rate schedule:

REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS
(9am - 6pm EST)

Clients with current support contracts: No charge

All others: $31.25 for each 15 minute period or fraction thereof. (Credit Card required)

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
(6pm - 9am EST and all day on holidays and weekends)

Not covered by support contracts. All calls will be billed $62.50 for each 15 minute period or fraction thereof. (Credit Card required)
