From this facility we provide central dispatch and help desk services as well as remote support via the Internet or phone for all of our clients. Our service support center offers toll-free calling, and technical help desk support. RTech consists of certified technicians and administrative staff across the Southeast. We currently provide on-site service to an excess of 400 customers with 1,600 Point of Sale systems, scanners, and retail automation systems every day.
